City+Ventures and the City of La Vista have engaged in a collaborative planning effort since 2015 to create a neighborhood where residents can congregate and celebrate. LVCC will meet that need, providing many of the services residents take for granted in other parts of the metro, as well as drawing new crowds to local businesses and unique retail, dining, and entertainment options.

LVCC will serve not only as the entertainment hub of Sarpy County, but will also provide a mixed-use space including office space opportunities, hotel accomodations, neighborhood services, restaurants, and apartment living.

One of the ways this district will stand out from others in the Omaha area is its focus on genuine self-expression. Retailers will each have a unique storefront, which will allow them to extend their brand and make a distinct footprint. LVCC will feel more like an authentic downtown than a cookie-cutter development.

Vivere Apartments are open and home to over 500 residents, and the construction of more businesses is underway.

We are so happy to be partnering with Mammoth, 1% Productions, TACKarchitects, and City of La Vista Government to bring this incredible vision to life. This 52,000-square foot indoor theatre will connect to an outdoor grass amphitheater that will house countless concerts and good times.
