ALTAR x Beauty Box Project
ALTAR x BEAUTY BOX | GROUNDWRK
Come as you are. Leave a little more grounded. Join ALTAR Studios and Beauty Box, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting and empowering women, for a special GROUNDWRK class rooted in movement, breath, connection, and community.
GROUNDWRK is ALTAR’s unheated, low-impact practice designed to help you slow down, explore your edges, and reconnect with the body beneath all the noise. Expect intentional strength, mobility, breathwork, and space to simply be.
