FREE Monday Night Yoga

Begin your week on a positive note with our FREE Monday Night Yoga class! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning your journey, this class offers a welcoming space to unwind and recharge!

Our classes will be outside at The Nines Plaza, west of The Astro Amphitheater, and led by the amazing Natalie Rasmussen of Yoga Loft NE.
Simply bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and an open mind. No registration is required; just show up ready to relax and rejuvenate! We look forward to seeing you!
